Position: Site Supervisor (Building Project Experience)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring work adheres to project specifications and plans.
- Coordinating with project engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitoring site safety and compliance with regulations.
- Meeting project timelines and tracking labor, material, and equipment usage.
- Preparing progress reports for management.
- Handling on-site issues and delays.
- Conducting inspections for work standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering/B.Tech/ITI
- Proven experience as a site supervisor in the building.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials,



and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
