Job Summary
- Maintain and nurture relationships with high-value customers
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions
- Follow up on inquiries, pending orders, and custom jewellery bookings
- Support bridal and premium clients with personalized service
- Assist in handling customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Update customer database accurately in CRM/software
- Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth order processing
- Encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collect customer feedback and support review generation on Google

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
