Job Title: Telecaller - Loan Process

Key Responsibilities:
- Explain various loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
- Generate leads and fix appointments for sales team (if required)
- Follow up with interested customers to close the deal
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loan products and banking process
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification:



12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in telecalling or sales (preferred)
