Core Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling & Guidance
- Understand student profile (education, budget, goals)
- Suggest suitable countries like Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands
- Guide on course selection and career pathways

2. University Selection & Applications
- Help shortlist universities based on eligibility

3. Visa Documentation Support
- Guide students on required visa documents (financials, offer letter, insurance, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
- Help with visa file preparation for Schengen/non-Schengen countries

4. Knowledge of Visa Rules & Policies
- Stay updated with visa regulations for countries like Italy, Spain, Sweden
- Advise on visa success chances and interview preparation

5. Financial & Scholarship Guidance
- Inform about tuition fees,



living costs
- Guide on scholarships, education loans, blocked accounts (e.g., Germany)

6. Pre-Departure Support
- Help with accommodation, travel, forex
- Conduct pre-departure sessions (culture, rules, part time jobs)

7. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Communicate with universities and embassies
- Regularly follow up with students on documentation & deadlines

8. Sales & Target Achievement (Important)
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain student database (CRM)
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
