We are hiring an AI-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can combine creativity, data, and AI tools to drive real business results.

This role is focused on:
- AI-powered content creation
- Performance marketing
- Campaign optimization and growth

Experience is valued.
But strong skills + learning ability will be prioritized over years of experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Creative Production
- Create high-quality images and videos using
- Midjourney, Flux, and Runway Gen-3
- Develop ad creatives, brand visuals, and short-form video content
- Maintain high creative quality suitable for performance campaignsConversion Copywriting:
- Use Claude and ChatGPT to:
- Create content tailored for US and global audiences
- Focus on conversion-driven messaging, not generic content





Campaign Execution & Growth Marketing
- Plan and execute campaigns across:
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads
- Influencer collaborations and seeding
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates

SEO & Analytics
- Perform keyword research and on-page SEO using Surfer SEO
- Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Focus on traffic quality, rankings, and lead generation

Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct AI-assisted research to analyze competitors, trends, and audience behavior
- Support brand positioning and marketing strategies

Social Media & Content Execution
- Manage and scale content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan and execute content calendars using AI tools
- Drive engagement, reach, and lead generation

Marketing Automation
- Assist in building funnels and customer journeys
