Role Overview:
We are hiring a CRM Executive to be the primary bridge between our brand and our clients. In this onsite role, you will work closely with our founder to manage the end-to-end customer journey. You won't just be managing data; you will be managing relationships, ensuring that every interaction reflects our brand’s values of compassion, clarity, and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries across digital platforms, providing thoughtful and timely guidance to pet parents.
- Consultation Scheduling:



Manage the founder’s calendar and coordinate bookings for our wellness services, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client.
- Database & Documentation: Maintain a detailed and organized database of our community members, tracking their unique needs and their pets' progress over time.
- End-to-End Service Support: Oversee the lifecycle of a client’s engagement—from the initial inquiry and booking to post-service follow-ups and product delivery.
- Feedback Loop: Proactively reach out to clients to gather testimonials and insights, helping us refine our offerings and maintain a high standard of care.

Who You Are:
- Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Success, or Boutique Operations, preferably in the lifestyle, wellness, or luxury sectors.
- Empathetic & Articulate: You have excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and a high degree of emotional intelligence. You can handle sensitive situa
