- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company specifications and standards.
- Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs on machinery, while adhering to safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs and documentation of defective or final products.
- Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is typically required.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical manuals, blueprints,



and computer-operated equipment.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (often up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision to ensure accurate production. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve mechanical issues.
- Working Conditions Work is typically in a factory or manufacturing facility.
- Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
- High emphasis on safety protocols and wearing protective equipment.
