About the role:
We are looking for someone that's polished, customer-focused, who can manage leads, build trust, and confidently guide clients from inquiry to decision while delivering a premium experience.

Role type: Entry level

Location: Gurgaon, sector 58

Full time, in-office role

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right pet
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and walk - ins
- Convert leads into bookings and drive revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships
- Handle objections and justify premium pricing

Requirements:




- 0-2 years experience in sales and customer-facing role
- Love and passion for pets
- Resides in Gurugram
- Excellent communication
- Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality
- Solid follow-up and closing skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
