Job Title: Marketing Executive/ Sr. Marketing Executive

Job Location: Noida 107

Key Responsibilities:
Manage in office marketing operations to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities

Handle brand implementation across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency and quality

Coordinate and execute printing of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, standees, etc.)

Plan and drive lead generation activities (digital & on-ground initiatives)

Maintain and manage lead database, ensuring accuracy and regular updates

Conduct lead data analysis to track performance, conversion trends, and campaign effectiveness

Plan and execute marketing events, activations, and site visits

Oversee site branding and signage (hoardings, directional boards, banners, etc.)

Manage agency and vendor relationships, including coordination, negotiation, and timely deliverables

Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors/agencies

Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency





Maintain Marketing MIS and expense reports, including regular tracking and reporting

Act as Sales Gallery In-charge, ensuring overall upkeep, basic hygiene, and maintenance

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution of marketing initiatives

Key Skills:
Strong coordination and execution skills

Basic understanding of marketing analytics & reporting

Vendor management and negotiation skills

Attention to detail in branding and communication

Proficiency in MS Excel (for MIS, budgeting, and data tracking)

Preferred Experience:
0-5 years of experience in real estate / on-ground marketing / field marketing

Experience in site marketing and sales gallery management preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
