We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales & Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day courier operations while also contributing to business growth through lead generation and client onboarding.

This role requires a mix of operational efficiency, communication skills, and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Handle daily shipment operations, including booking, tracking, and coordination
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
- Manage customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with delivery partners and vendors
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational data

Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients (e-commerce sellers, businesses, etc.)
- Onboard current clients and explain company services
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Assist in pricing discussions and proposals

Admin & System Handling
- Work on Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting




- Use internal systems for order management and client handling
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on operations and sales activity

Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0-3 years of experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibility

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain
- Experience in sales or client handling

Salary

Based on experience + performance incentives
