Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and inventory records
- Implement and enforce safety policies and workplace discipline
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff and operators
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning departments
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or related field




- 0-3 years experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills
- Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple production lines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
