The Customer Service Officer - Loan & Credit Care is responsible for handling customer queries related to loans and credit products, ensuring smooth processing, and providing end-to-end support. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, timely resolution, and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to loans, EMIs, and credit products
- Provide information on interest rates, repayment schedules, and charges
- Resolve customer complaints and service requests efficiently
- Coordinate with credit and operations team for loan processing
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with KYC and company policies
- Support collection reminders and payment follow-ups (if required)

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹9,749.06 - ₹31,104.64 per month
