Role Description

This is a Contract based role for Tele Sales Associate/Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include managing sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting clients with insurance-related products. The role involves communication with customers through various channels and participating in any required training programs to enhance skills and improve performance.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand and address client needs effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales strategies and techniques to meet and exceed targets
- Knowledge or experience in Insurance services is highly desirable
- Ability to participate in and utilize Training programs to continuously improve performance
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote workplace
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and software commonly used for sales and remote work

Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed)

Daily KRAs / Performance Metrics
- Lead Conversion: As per campaign requirement
- CRM Update: 100% real-time call disposition mandatory
- Follow-ups: Daily scheduled callbacks to be completed

Eligibility

Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)

Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

Experience: Freshers can apply; Sales/Telecalling experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers

- Handle customer objections and close deals
