Position Supervisor - Account Sales & Service

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Function: Sales & Service - Account Management
Experience: 4-5 Years
CTC Range: ₹6-8 LPA
Education: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

Role Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and proactive qualified to manage spares sales execution, AMC renewals, service coordination, customer support, quotation follow-up, CRM discipline, and back-office process control for existing customer accounts. This role also includes supervising a small operational team and ensuring timely execution, strong follow-up, and high customer responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle spares quotations from inquiry to order follow-up, including technical coordination, techno-commercial offer preparation, pricing validation, quotation tracking, and dispatch coordination.
- Manage AMC tracking and renewal activities, including identifying expiring contracts, preparing renewal proposals, supporting negotiation, and ensuring service visit compliance as per SLA.




- Coordinate service calls and closure discipline by logging cases, assigning engineers, checking spare readiness, monitoring visit completion, and ensuring service reports are submitted within 24 hours.
- Process regular account orders, follow up on dispatch and documentation, and support payment collection and repeat order continuity.
- Identify cross-sell and installed base opportunities, including spares kits, AMC conversion from breakdown cases, and pump upgrade opportunities.
- Support payment follow-up and commercial discipline by tracking advances, receivables ageing, and overdue cases in line with company credit policy.
- Supervise 3-5 service engineers / coordinators, allocate daily work, review reports, conduct weekly follow-ups, and maintain team productivity.
- Maintain 100% CRM discipline, daily follow-up records, quotation tracker, AMC tracker, weekly MIS, and documentation readines
