About the Role

We are looking for a creative and camera-confident fresher who is passionate about creating short-form video content for social media.

This is an execution + learning-driven role, where you will work on real brand content across industries and build hands-on experience in content creation, UGC, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Appear on camera for UGC-style and brand content (mandatory):
- Assist in shooting, editing, and publishing videos:
- Follow content briefs and contribute ideas for trending and engaging content:
- Adapt content based on different brand tones and audiences:
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and formats:
- Support the team in executing content calendars and campaigns

Who Can Apply
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating videos




- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.):
- Active user of Instagram / short-form content platforms:
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn and experiment

Positive to Have
- Personal Instagram / YouTube content portfolio
- Prior experience creating reels or UGC content
- Understanding of trending formats, hooks, and storytelling

- Portfolio / social media profile review (mandatory)
- Short assignment (sample reel creation)
- Final discussion
