About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content for social media and digital campaigns.

This role is focused on editing excellence, speed, and content optimization, supporting multiple brands across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads)
- Work with raw footage to create engaging, high-retention videos:
- Add captions, transitions, effects, sound design, and music:
- Optimize videos with solid hooks, pacing, and storytelling flow:
- Repurpose content into multiple formats and variations:
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing team for campaign execution:
- Ensure timely delivery with consistent quality and brand alignment

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in video editing (1+ year):
- Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, or similar:




- Strong understanding of short-form content formats and trends:
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling:
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Good to Have
- Experience editing ad creatives / performance marketing videos:
- Understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior:
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills

Selection Process
- Application screening
- Portfolio review (mandatory)
- Editing assignment (raw footage → final reel)
- Final discussion

Important Note

This is a pure video editing role.
