Job Role: MPC (Minor Project Cell) Instrumentation.

Employment Type: Regular or Fixed Term (2 years).

Job Grade: J (Manager).

Age Criteria: Max 25-27 for Regular; Max 35 for Fixed Term.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost estimations for current instrument installations.

Execution & Safety: Lead the safe execution of field construction activities while strictly adhering to HSEF procedures and site function KPIs.

Technical Compliance: Verify project documents and ensure all activities meet IEC codes, ASME standards, and DEP requirements.

Material Management: Manage instrument project materials and business transactions using SAP interface modules.

Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality execution, manage spares with inspection records, and ensure compliance with CSM and ITP documents.

Regulatory Standards: Ensure all projects meet IBR and PESO statutory and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance,



and external service providers to ensure successful project handover and maintainability.

Monitoring: Conduct performance monitoring and report progress directly to management.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Mechanical Rotating and Static equipment, as well as Civil and Electrical interfaces with instrumentation.

Specialized Standards: Expertise in Hazardous area classification, Instrumentation Earthing standards, and installation standards.

Systems: Proficiency in SAP Interface Modules for material management.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, teaming, and decision-making capabilities.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.

Experience (Degree Holders): Minimum 5 years in Plant Maintenance or Project Execution.

Experience (Diploma Holders): Minimum 10 years in Plant Maintenance or Project Execution.
