Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising operations from order confirmation to final shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, production teams, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production timelines, sampling, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Manage fabric sourcing, trims, costing, and order execution.
- Ensure product development aligns with buyer requirements and quality standards.
- Track and manage order status, production updates, and shipment schedules.
- Resolve production issues and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and apparel merchandising.
- Experience in vendor management and buyer communication.




- Positive understanding of fabric, trims, costing, and production planning.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict production deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, Textile Design, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in apparel merchandising or garment industry.

Additional Information
- 2-Year Contract/Bond is mandatory.:
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹12,270.74 - ₹50,931.77 per month
