Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and performance testing of cables and wires.
- Operate and maintain quality testing equipment (e.g., HV & CR).
- Schedule and perform calibration of QC equipment.
- Coordinate with Production/Dispatch teams & resolve customer complaints
- Investigate non-conformance issues and prepare RCA & CAPA reports.
- Maintain records, quality data, and documentation (CabPro, ISO, etc.).
- Generate weekly/monthly QC analysis reports.
- Prepare test reports, certificates, and technical drawings.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team.
- Train junior QC staff and maintain inspection SOPs.
- Present QC progress in DOM/WOM/MOM/YOM meetings.
- Prepare daily To-Do lists and strategy sheets (SWOT analysis).
- Handle HR lifecycle activities like recruitment, training, appraisal, and exit process improvements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
