Job Title: Architect (Execution & Working Drawings)

Job Summary:
Studio 2500 is hiring an Architect with strong expertise in working drawings and site execution for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time, office-based role with mínimal client interaction, focused on technical delivery and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate working drawings, GFCs, and detailed construction drawings.:
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and consultants on a daily basis.
- Ensure drawings are practical, error-free, and aligned with site conditions.:
- Update drawings based on site changes without delays.:
- Handle site execution coordination and technical issue resolution.:
- Work closely with purchase and billing teams for material alignment.
- Maintain clear documentation and drawing control.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in execution-focused roles.:
- Strong command of AutoCAD (mandatory - speed and accuracy expected).:




- Proven experience in working drawings + site coordination together.:
- Solid understanding of construction details, materials, and finishes.:
- Ability to independently handle projects from drawings to execution.

Must-Have Experience:
- Worked on residential or commercial projects beyond basic interiors.:
- Exposure to multi-unit / building-level projects (preferred).:
- Experience handling live sites and resolving on-site issues.
