We are looking for a warm, organised, and professional Telecaller to join our front-line patient coordination team at Derma Magnetica. You will be the first point of contact for our incoming leads — guiding potential patients from their first enquiry to a confirmed appointment. This is a relationship-first role with no pressure targets; your focus is entirely on delivering a smooth, reassuring experience. What you'll do Manage and follow up on inbound leads assigned to you in Zoho CRM — each lead is warm and pre-generated, no cold calling required. Call patients, understand their treatment interest, and schedule appointments with the relevant doctor or specialist. Provide transparent, friendly information about our procedures — skin treatments, laser therapies, hair transplants — and address basic queries with confidence. When a patient has complex medical questions or is difficult to handle, transfer the call to a senior team member smoothly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data records in Zoho CRM — log call outcomes, patient status, follow-up dates,



and appointment details. Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and appointment conversion for the management team. Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey from call to clinic visit.
