Preliminary Screening: Conduct initial telephonic interviews to check basic qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and local language proficiency to explain complex job descriptions clearly.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with ATS platforms, MS Office, and professional sourcing sites (e.g., Naukri or Indeed).
- Experience: Previous experience in calling for recruitment teams would be added advantage
- Qualification:Graduate with positive English and Hindi communication would be preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
