Role Overview:
The Stock Coordinator is responsible for managing, updating, and tracking the inventory (stock) of real estate properties such as plots, kothis, villas, and apartments. The role ensures accurate data management, availability tracking, and smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management
- Maintain and update the stock list of all available properties (plots, villas, kothis, etc.)
- Track availability status (available, blocked, sold)
- Ensure real-time accuracy of inventory data

2. Data Coordination & Reporting
- Update stock in CRM, Google Sheets, or internal systems
- Generate daily/weekly stock reports
- Share updated inventory with sales and management teams

3. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with sales team for booking and blocking of units
- Ensure no duplication or conflict in property allocation




- Update stock immediately after any sale or hold

4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of inventory details (size, price, location, approvals, etc.)
- Ensure all property details are complete and verified
- Assist in audit and compliance checks

5. Marketing Support
- Share available inventory with marketing team for campaigns
- Provide accurate data for portals like 99acres, MagicBricks, etc.
- Update listings based on stock availability

6. Communication
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and management
- Inform relevant teams about stock changes, new inventory, or sold units

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
