Full-Time Cafe Staff - Chai Café (Yapral, Sainikpuri)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time staff member for our new chai café in Yapral, Sainikpuri. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve items such as Tea, Coffee, Lassi, Mojitos, Milkshakes, and Ice Cream as per the standard recipes.
- Undergo 1-week training and ensure consistent taste and quality in every item to encourage repeat customers.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring every customer is served with a positive attitude and professionalism.
- Greet customers warmly, interact politely, and build a friendly relationship with regular visitors.
- Handle daily shop opening and closing activities, including setup and shutdown procedures.
- Ensure the café is always clean, organized, and hygienic.




- Perform basic cleaning tasks such as wiping counters, cleaning tables, and maintaining overall shop neatness.
- Wash utensils, glasses, and equipment regularly and keep the workspace tidy.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the owner about low inventory or restocking needs.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and speed of service.

Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes accurately.
- Positive attitude and positive communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
