Gigswala is building a structured, verified home services network focused on gated communities in Hyderabad. We are currently in our market pilot phase and are looking for disciplined field professionals to lead apartment-level outreach and data collection.
Role Overview
This is a field-intensive role. You will visit gated communities, interact with residents and association members, conduct structured surveys, and help build our presence within apartments.
This role is not desk-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned gated communities daily
- Conduct resident surveys and collect structured feedback
- Explain Gigswala services clearly and professionally
- Identify common service pain points in apartments
- Maintain accurate daily reporting
- Support pilot service activation inside communities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or Diploma / Any Bachelor’s degree
- 0-3 years experience in field sales, outreach, or operations preferred
- Comfortable with daily on-ground visits and walking within assigned territories
- Strong verbal communication skills (Telugu mandatory; Hindi/English preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and interact confidently with residents
- Basic smartphone usage (Google Forms, WhatsApp, Maps)
- Must be disciplined with daily reporting
- Immediate joiners preferred
