Key Responsibilities:
- Operate refining processes including degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Ensure proper dosing of chemicals (caustic, phosphoric acid, bleaching earth, etc.)
- Maintain product quality as per company and food safety standards
- Perform routine equipment checks (pumps, filters, vacuum systems, heat exchangers)
- Maintain production logs and report any deviations
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues and coordinate with maintenance team
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and plant protocols
- Minimize oil losses and improve process efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Food Technology or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in edible oil refinery (mustard/soybean preferred)
