Job Title: Billing Executive (E-commerce & Logistics)
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate invoices for e-commerce and logistics operations
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Reconcile billing data with internal systems and reports
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for discrepancy resolution
- Ensure timely billing and follow-up on pending invoices
- Handle MIS reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing (preferably in e-commerce or logistics)
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good understanding of billing processes and documentation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication skills
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
