Supervise storekeepers and helpers to ensure smooth inward/outward flow of goods
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials (jaggery, ghee, wheat flour, honey, packaging, etc.) and finished products (biscuits, powders, drinks, etc.)
- Implement FIFO / FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) strictly
- Check & approve daily stock entries in ERP/Excel/Tally
- Conduct weekly/monthly physical stock audits → reconcile with system records
- Report stock shortages, damages, and wastage to management
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams for demand forecasting
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and pest-control standards in warehouse
- Train & guide storekeepers on inventory best practices




- Develop inventory control policies to prevent pilferage or mismatch
- Education: Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Business preferred; diploma acceptable if experienced
- Experience: 2-5 years in warehouse/store management, ideally in FMCG/food manufacturing
- Robust knowledge of Excel, Tally, or Inventory ERP
- Understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting
- Leadership & team management
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- High integrity and discipline

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
