Key Responsibilities:
- Operate capsule filling machines efficiently as per production requirements
- Set up machines before starting production and ensure proper calibration
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth functioning during operations
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues and report major faults to the supervisor
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during capsule production
- Maintain production records and documentation accurately
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines in the manufacturing area
- Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of materials
