What You’ll Be Working On:
- Keeping financial records updated by passing journal entries and maintaining ledgers with precision
- Managing billing activities from start to finish — ensuring invoices are accurate, tax-compliant, and aligned with internal guidelines
- Supporting GST-related work, including return preparation, reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B, and tracking eligible input tax credit across states
- Assisting in TDS processes such as identifying applicable sections, calculating deductions, and ensuring timely filings (including Form 26Q)
- Reviewing vendor invoices, coordinating approvals, and helping process payments without delays
- Performing periodic reconciliations (bank, vendor, and ledgers) to ensure clean and error-free records
- Maintaining well-structured documentation for audits and compliance checks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners (like auditors and CAs) for smooth financial operations
Who Can Apply:
- Graduates in Commerce, Finance, or related fields (B.Com / BBA or equivalent)
- 0-1 year of experience; freshers with strong conceptual clarity are welcome
- Understanding of GST filings, ITC reconciliation, and TDS basics
- Familiarity with billing processes and taxation fundamentals
- Comfortable working with Excel and accounting tools like Tally
- Detail-focused, organized, and able to handle data with accuracy
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work
