Job Description - Compliance Engineer

Global PCCS is looking for a Compliance Engineer with hands-on experience in environmental and product regulatory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle IMDS submissions and ELV compliance activities
- Follow up with suppliers for material declarations and compliance documents
- Perform compliance assessments for:
- REACH Regulation
- SCIP Framework
- PoPs
- PFAS
- Minamata Convention
- Review material declarations and substance data
- Maintain compliance trackers, reports, and documentation
- Support customer and OEM compliance requirements

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in IMDS & ELV




- Knowledge of REACH, SCIP, PoPs, PFAS & Minamata regulations
- Positive communication and supplier coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance documentation

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/chemical engineering / chemistry / environmental science or related field.

Preferred
- Exposure to automotive or electronics compliance projects
- Basic understanding of BOM/material compliance analysis

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
