Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PHE & FPS BIM Modeller (2-4 yrs exp) based in Powai, Mumbai. The role involves creating accurate building information models, assisting in the development and updating of construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with architectural and engineering designs.



The BIM Modeller will collaborate with MEP professionals, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy and integration of data and designs across disciplines.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and techniques
- Knowledge and experience in PHE & FPS specifically.
- Familiarity with architecture and construction drawings
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or construction
- Prior experience in similar roles or the AECO industry is advantageous

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
