Position Overview

We are seeking a target-oriented and proactive Field Sales Representative to drive on-ground sales, expand market reach, and build strong customer relationships. The role involves direct interaction with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers to promote and sell the company’s products.

This position offers a balanced hybrid structure, combining field engagement with in-office sales coordination, enabling efficient planning, follow-ups, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional clients to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

2. Market Expansion
- Develop and expand the company’s presence within assigned territories.
- Identify new markets,



customer segments, and distribution opportunities.
- Support onboarding of distributors and channel partners where required.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Order Management & Collections
- Take customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions.

5. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
- Share insights with management to support strategic decision-making.

6. Reporting & Coordination
