We are hiring a Dispatch Supervisorfor our clothing company. The role involves managing warehouse operations, inventory, and dispatch of garments, ensuring smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch
- Manage dispatch planning as per orders and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records (finished goods & packing materials):
- Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and shipment process:
- Ensure proper folding, tagging, and packing quality of garments
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams:
- Manage transporters, courier partners, and dispatch documentation (invoice, e-way bill, etc.):
- Monitor stock movement, FIFO system, and space utilization:




- Conduct regular stock audits and reduce stock mismatch
- Ensure warehouse discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards:
- Handle a small team of helpers/workers

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse/dispatch in garment or clothing industry:
- Good understanding of inventory management & warehouse processes:
- Basic knowledge of Excel / billing / ERP systems:
- Experience in handling couriers, transport, and order dispatch:
- Solid coordination and team handling skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
