Job Description:
- Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.) to generate leads.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of plotting, farmhouse villa, and bungalow sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options (plotting,



farmhouse villa, bungalow, etc.) to meet their requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide comprehensive property demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors' activities to provide insights and competitive advantages.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
