The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher), you will work directly with our campaign managers and international affiliate partners. You will learn how performance marketing actually works — from launching Google Ads campaigns to tracking conversions, managing affiliate relationships, and reporting results to clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

This is a hands-on training-to-earning role. We will teach you the platforms. You bring the attitude, English communication, and willingness to learn.

What You Will Do




- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks
- Pull, clean, and present campaign performance data in Excel and Google Sheets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for clients
- Assist senior managers in campaign setup, optimization, and quality checks
- Track leads, conversions, and payouts across multiple platforms
- Learn and grow into Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate management, or account management

Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates from any stream (BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Tech, BCA, MBA freshers all welcome)
- Strong spoken and written English — you will talk to international clients daily
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable on calls and video meetings
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, simple formulas like SUM, IF, VLOOKUP)
- Genuine interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate mar
