- Provide information about treatments, consultation booking, and follow-up procedures.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and patient follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or treatment starts.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and marketing teams for lead updates.
- Manage WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups in a timely and polite manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and communication.
- Handle patient grievances calmly and escalate to seniors when required.
