We are looking for an aggressive and results-driven Area Sales Executive to expand our retail and distribution footprint across the Delhi NCR region. You will be the face of our fast-growing range of FMCG savory snacks, including namkeen, makhana, and cheese puffs, driving top-line growth and ensuring deep market penetration in general trade and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors, wholesalers, and general trade (GT) retailers across Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales volume, revenue targets, and route productivity metrics.
- Order Generation: Maximize order lines per call (LPC) and ensure consistent stock availability at the retail level.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Bridge the gap between local channel partners and the Hathras manufacturing units to ensure smooth dispatch and avoid out-of-stock scenarios, including aligning with quick-commerce feeder operations.
- Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure optimal product placement and visibility at retail outlets.



Deploy and manage point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers, resolving any service or supply bottlenecks promptly.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, providing regular reports and actionable feedback to management.

Requirements:
- 1-4 years of proven field sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically within food, snacks, or beverages.
- A robust, active network of distributors and key retailers in the Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon markets.
- Excellent negotiation, Hindi communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
