Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a skilled manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Verify customer bills and ensure correctness of details
- Manage bill submission and process points/vouchers as per company schemes
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the concerned team when required
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, or pending issues
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations) for smooth resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, billing, and transactions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
