Position: Cafeteria Manager
Location: Nelamangala
Department: Administration / Cafeteria Operations
Reporting To: Management / Administrative Officer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete daily operations of the institution cafeteria.
- Ensure hygienic preparation and serving of food for students, staff, and visitors.
- Monitor and maintain cafeteria cleanliness, kitchen hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain stock records of groceries, food materials, beverages, and other cafeteria items.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of required stock items.
- Supervise cafeteria staff, cooks, helpers, and housekeeping personnel.
- Manage the cafeteria cash counter, billing, and daily cash handling activities.
- Monitor food quality, quantity, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with management regarding cafeteria requirements and operational improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and cafeteria facilities.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and smooth functioning within the cafeteria premises.




- Support food arrangements during institutional events, meetings, and special programs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in cafeteria, catering, hotel, or food service management.
- Experience in institutional or campus cafeteria management preferred.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Inventory and stock management skills.
- Cash handling and billing management abilities.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Positive communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage operations independently and responsibly.

Accommodation Requirement

Salary
- Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and institutional norms.

Working Hours
- As per cafeteria operational timings and institution requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per mo
