Role Purpose

To generate admissions for the Assisted Living facility by building and managing strong referral networks within the healthcare ecosystem. The role focuses on field-based relationship development, lead generation, conversion support, and representing the organization professionally among doctors, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Referral Network Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, discharge planners, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres, home-care agencies, NGOs, and senior organizations.
- Identify and onboard recent referral sources in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain a structured visit tracker.
- Present Assisted Living services, care models, packages, and outcomes to referral partners.
- Strengthen referral pipelines through continuous engagement and trust-building.

2. Lead Generation & Admission Conversion
- Generate qualified leads through referral channels.




- Ensure timely follow-up on referrals in coordination with customer support and internal clinical and operations teams
- Coordinate and facilitate centre tours for families and referral partners, explaining amenities, care services, and lifestyle offerings.
- Understand family requirements and recommend appropriate care plans.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets.

3. Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing engagement with key hospital stakeholders such as ICU heads, case managers, treating physicians, and consultants.
- Provide regular updates to referral partners on admission status and outcomes.
- Organize referral partner meets, engagement programs, and outreach activities.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor offerings, pricing, positioning, and outreach activities.
- Identify referral trends, market gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Submit weekly and monthly market intelligence and performance reports.
