Role Overview

We are looking for a Lab Assistant to support the smooth functioning of science laboratories. The role involves assisting teachers during practical sessions, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring safety and organization in the lab.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers during practical classes (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
- Prepare lab setups, materials, and equipment before sessions
- Maintain and organize lab equipment, chemicals, and records
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage in the laboratory
- Monitor and guide students during practical activities
- Maintain stock registers and report requirements for lab materials
- Follow safety protocols and handle equipment responsibly

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Science or relevant field
- Prior experience in a school lab is preferred

Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures




- Organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to support teachers and manage students in lab settings

Additional Expectations
- Support school activities when required
- Willingness to assist beyond regular school hours if needed
