Job Overview

Reva Agritech is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing professional who understands both digital platforms and the agriculture ecosystem. The role involves building strong brand awareness among farmers, dealers, and distributors while generating high-quality leads through targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote agri-products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.):
- Manage and grow presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business
- Create farmer-focused content (videos, reels, educational posts, crop advisory creatives)
- Run and optimize paid campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate dealer/farmer leads
- Build regional marketing strategies (Hindi + local language communication)
- Handle SEO and improve website visibility for agri-related searches
- Track performance using Google Analytics and campaign dashboards
- Work closely with sales teams to generate and nurture leads




- Develop seasonal campaigns based on crop cycles (Kharif/Rabi seasons)
- Conduct competitor analysis in the agriculture market

Preferred Experience (Agriculture Focus)
- Experience in Agri-input industry / Fertilizer / Seeds / Pesticides / Rural marketing:
- Understanding of farmer behavior and rural buying patterns
- Ability to create simple, educational, trust-building content for farmers
- Knowledge of mandi trends, crop cycles, and regional demand

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Content strategy & basic copywriting (especially in Hindi)
- Data analysis and campaign optimization
- Creative thinking with a practical, ground-level approach

- Salary: Based on experience and interview

Pay: ₹6,060.00 - ₹25,432.17 per month
