Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Experience in MEP sales and marketing preferred

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in MEP projects and maintenance contracts
- Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies for business development
- Promote company services related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and AMC works
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents
- Follow up with clients for inquiries, approvals, and payment collection
- Coordinate with estimation and operation teams for project execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction




- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
- Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM updates

Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge in MEP systems and services
- Ability to prepare commercial offers and technical proposals
- Familiarity with tendering process and contract discussions
- Strong presentation and client-handling skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in MEP contracting or facility management industry
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic technical understanding
- Valid driving license preferred
