We are hiring a Collection Executive to manage repayment follow-ups, overdue collections, and customer engagement for the Rupee Yatra digital lending platform. The role involves early bucket collections, payment reminders, resolving repayment issues, and ensuring portfolio health.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Due & Soft Collection (0-30 DPD)
- Call customers before due date and send payment reminders
- Educate borrowers on repayment schedules
- Reduce bounce rate and overdue accounts
- Follow structured call calendar (D-3, D-1, D+1, etc.)

Overdue Follow-ups (30-60 DPD)
- Contact overdue customers via calls, WhatsApp, SMS
- Understand reasons for delay and propose solutions
- Negotiate repayment timelines within policy
- Track promise-to-pay (PTP) commitments

Payment Resolution & Support
- Guide customers on payment methods (UPI, NACH, etc.)
- Coordinate with tech/operations for payment failures
- Assist customers with repayment restructuring (if applicable)
- Escalate high-risk accounts to senior team

Portfolio Monitoring
- Track daily allocation and update collection status




- Maintain notes in CRM/LMS system
- Monitor ageing buckets and prioritize high-risk accounts
- Ensure compliance with fair collection practices

Customer Relationship Handling
- Maintain qualified and respectful communication
- Handle customer disputes and grievances
- Protect company reputation while driving recovery

- Graduate preferred
- 0-3 years experience in collections / tele-calling / recovery
- Experience in fintech / NBFC / personal loan preferred
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling overdue customers
- Hindi mandatory, regional language preferred
