Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English as per CBSE curriculum (XI & XII)
- Plan lessons, assessments, and academic materials
- Prepare students for board exams with focus on answer writing
- Conduct tests, evaluations, and doubt-clearing sessions
- Maintain student records and participate in parent interactions
- Contribute to literary activities and overall school initiatives

Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in English (mandatory) + B.Ed. (as per norms)
- 2-5 years of relevant teaching experience (CBSE preferred)

Skills Required:
- Strong command over English language and literature
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Student-centric teaching approach
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods
