Job Title: Quality Control Chemist - Cream Department

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality checks on cream-based products (raw materials, in-process, and finished goods).
- Perform chemical and physical analysis to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards in the production area.
- Maintain proper documentation and QC reports as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety standards.
- Identify deviations in quality and report issues to the production team.
- Coordinate with production to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.

Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Food Technology / Microbiology
- Experience: 1-3 years in food manufacturing (preferably dairy/cream/bakery products)




- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP):
- Familiarity with lab testing procedures and instruments:
- Good understanding of hygiene and quality control practices

Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in cream/dairy/bakery production:
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
