Role SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy, multifaceted Business Development & Growth Associate to join our lean team. This is not just a "sales" job; it is a "builder" role where you will manage the full lifecycle of a lead—from creating the social media content that attracts them to sending the final technical estimate that closes them. You will be the face and voice of our brand across digital and direct channels.Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Sales: Lead cold calling initiatives to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will manage the entire follow-up process to ensure no lead goes cold.
- Technical Solutions & Estimating: Quickly master our technical product/service suite to translate complex needs into clear, professional estimates and proposals for clients.
- Digital Content Creation: Script, film, and edit engaging videos and social media content to drive brand awareness and inbound inquiries.
- Web & Marketing Management:



Regularly update the company website with fresh content and manage social media marketing campaigns across key platforms.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, maintaining a detailed CRM and nurturing long-term skilled relationships.
