Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for execution
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
- Follow up with clients for feedback and service updates
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure retention
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in client handling or relationship management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-focused approach
Salary & Benefits
