We are looking for a performance‑driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for multiple clients across industries. You will manage end‑to‑end PPC for several accounts simultaneously, with clear responsibility for leads, sales, ROAS, and CPL/CPA.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple client accounts.
- Define per‑client strategy: goals, funnel, channel mix, budgets, and KPIs.
- Conduct keyword and audience research; structure campaigns and ad groups for control and scale.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages; run A/B tests to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking via GTM, GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
- Monitor campaigns daily; optimize bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to hit CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Build and manage remarketing, custom, and lookalike audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and clear action points for each client.




- Collaborate with account managers, designers, content writers, and SEO team to align with overall client strategy.
- Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and new ad formats; test and implement best practices across clients.

Result Expectations
- Achieve or exceed each client’s monthly targets for leads/sales and ROAS on Google and Meta.
- Consistently reduce CPL/CPA while maintaining or increasing lead/sales volume.
- Maintain clean account structures, accurate tracking, and transparent reporting for all assigned clients.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
